So id planned to do a salt water flush this morning, I took about 6 mouthfuls in and swallowed them as quickly as possible but you are supposed to drink a Litre of salt water. It was sooo fucking gross, I nearly spewed. But I ended up tipping it all out in my garden haha. So much for that idea. Its ashame it taste so bad coz I would like to have the benefits that it delivers (if u can actually drink all 4 cups. Eww!!)
Today is a pretty busy day
**now, I'm driving to 'good guys' to get my granny a late xmas present opps!!
**lunch, I'm going to granny's house for bbq lunch, which means i'll have to eat. Eugghh! I'll only have a little bit.
**when I get home I have to shave my legs, wax my eyebrows, wash ALL of my clothes, dry them & pack them
**clean my room & my bathroom, REALLY good coz other people will be in them while I'm on holidays. Woot!! ;)
